Another back story, from like waaaay back in the beginning as I started to get used to being a phone sex operator and eventually launching my own site, I was in a position to hire more operators. A so-called friend of mine was interested in becoming a phone sex operator. She told me she would be perfect for the job because she had been a stripper before. She even tried to give me a few pointers on what to say over the phone and how to please clients. I laughed internally but allowed her to express her thoughts to me.
Stripping and phone sex are two different things, but okay. I signed her up with the pretense that she was qualified, and she would know what to say to clients. It sounded like a pretty good investment. Well honey, the lie detector test determined that was a bold face fucking lie.
Once this hoe's account was set up, she began receiving calls and intentionally missed them. I don't know if her cocky ass was scared, shy or what. The one time she picked up the phone she received a horrible review. Apparently, she was stuck on stupid, a nervous wreck with little to no imagination. She couldn't even go with the flow. This information was all gathered by that one comment left. I fired her ass so fast no one would know she was ever there. As I've said before, I've never cared for reviews, still don't, but I do recognize that they are everything, and making the effort to seem interested and carefree is totally important, and she just wasn't cut for the job. What quickly became hysterical to me, was the fact that she had the entire audacity to try and teach me a thing or two about phone sex and yet she sucked from the beginning.
I couldn't have this person fuck up my reputation or my website. She wasn't the only one who sucked. There would be two other operators I'd hired aside from her, that sucked. From then on, my website was a two-operator website, and we received excellent reviews.
In conclusion, while we may not fancy reviews, they are necessary to ensure the client's trust. It helps build a relationship between you, the merchant and your client. How you maintain that relationship is solely up to you. Just know that you can never move on to the next level without taking risks and having reviews both good and bad is a part of that risk. Business is about trial and error, motivation and guts. Do you have what it takes? - This is the part where you say, YES! 😂😘
